Alongside our own analytical work at Wickford, materials are tested by independent laboratories. Their original reports are published in our COA library.
The process
A batch can move between locations without its records starting again. Each stage is recorded against the same lot.
Bridgend: formulations are developed, and batches are produced, filled and labelled.
Wickford: lots are tested by HPLC and LC-MS, and filled vials are lyophilised.
Thetford: finished stock is stored by lot and dispatched across the UK.
Amsterdam: stock is held and distributed to customers across the EU.

Yes. Testing, formulation, freeze-drying, manufacturing, warehousing and documentation can be commissioned individually or as one programme, which is usually cheaper and faster than moving a project between suppliers.
We do. Projects commonly start at formulation or a feasibility batch and continue into stability work, documentation and repeat manufacture. Tell us the end point at the quotation stage so the early work supports it.
