What HPLC tells you
High-performance liquid chromatography separates the components of a sample so each can be detected. The main peak is the target compound, and its share of the total is reported as purity.
HPLC and analytical testingMatch your batch code, open the original report, and read the methods and results.
Published results
These are reported figures from published laboratory reports. Each one links to the original document, so you can check the batch, method and date for yourself.
Reports for the remainder of the range are to be supplied.
Testing
Materials are tested by external laboratories, and their original reports are published in our COA library.
Reading a report
This is a real published report for one of our batches. The numbered points show what to check on any report.

Identity
Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry adds a mass measurement, which supports confirmation of identity. A material can be pure and still be the wrong compound, so the two questions are answered separately.
The process
Find the lot or batch ID printed on your unit.
Check it against the COA filename or header.
If they differ, send us your lot ID and we will supply the correct document.
Documents
Records the identity, purity, test dates, methods and laboratory identifiers for a batch.
Printed on the unit and used to match the item to its COA.
Safety and Technical Data Sheets outline hazards, storage and technical characteristics, where available.
Follow the label and the SDS for storage conditions and handling precautions.
If you receive something that does not match our documentation, we will refund 100% of your purchase. Contact support and include your lot ID.
Documents
State the product name and lot number, and the document you require.

All questionsFind the lot or batch ID printed on the unit and compare it with the COA header or filename. If they do not match, contact support with the lot ID and we will send the correct document.
Where one exists we provide a Safety Data Sheet and a Technical Data Sheet, covering hazards, storage, handling and technical characteristics. Both can be requested from support.
Identity and purity are confirmed per lot using methods such as HPLC and LC-MS, carried out by independent laboratories. The method, the results and the laboratory are stated on the COA.
Tell us and we will put it right. If what arrives does not match the documentation we issued for that lot, we refund the purchase in full. Contact support with the lot ID first.
