Per lot

A batch can leave our warehouses for almost anywhere in the world, and its documents go with it.

Warehouses

Dispatched from the UK and the EU

Stock is held in our UK and EU warehouses, so orders can be sent from the location closest to the customer.

Every unit is recorded by lot, from the shelf to the shipment.

  • UK warehouse in Thetford
  • EU warehouse in Amsterdam
  • Lot-tracked stock

Documents

Paperwork that travels with the batch

Each shipment is sent with its lot documents and dispatch paperwork. For international orders, export and customs paperwork is prepared for the destination.

Delivery

Tracked to the door

Orders are packed, labelled and shipped to the UK, the EU and the rest of the world, and tracked through to delivery.

Temperature-sensitive materials can be sent through our cold-chain shipping service.

Scope, equipment and accreditations for this service are to be confirmed before publication.
