Manufacture
Batches are manufactured to documented procedures, with records maintained from incoming materials through to finished goods. Batch size, specification and schedule are agreed before production.
Filling, labelling and packing follow, with lot and batch identifiers printed on each unit.
Release
Testing is completed and the lot is released before it enters stock. The release is recorded, so what is on the shelf can be connected to the data behind it.
Warehousing
Finished stock is stored by lot and recorded in stock management, with stock and lot reports available.
Temperature-sensitive stock is held in cold-chain storage. Stock can be dispatched to the UK, the EU and the rest of the world, with cold-chain shipping solutions and international logistics. Dispatch documents complete the record for each shipment.
